I love Sundays-- particularly when the sun shines (pun intended). In the midst of a long winter, the sunshine is always a welcomed sight.
But when it comes to the weekend, sunshine or not, Sundays are such a bitter sweet time. They're a day for relaxation-- a time to wind down but also a time to prepare for another work week ahead (or not). Saturdays are often the part of the weekend we feel most ambitious. Our first day off, freedom flowing, our willingness to do still pulsing through our bodies-- or maybe it's just the booze, we may never know. Whether it be hangovers, or exhaustion, or just necessity, Sundays are typically a time for rejuvenation.
I hope you are all feeling refreshed and ready to take on the week ahead.
